AI Evaluation Contractor for Small Business Scenarios

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking Spanish‑speaking professionals with hands‑on experience in small‑business operations to join a 10‑week AI evaluation project. You will help assess how modern AI systems handle real‑world SMB tasks such as customer communication, finance, marketing, and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts that reflect common small‑business situations and goals.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, reviewing both text and visual outputs.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and business relevance.
• Analyze workflows involving spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other business documents.
• Provide structured comparative feedback, scoring, and detailed evaluation reports.
• Test AI handling of customer communication and operational scenarios.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working remotely.
• Experience running or supporting a small business (e.g., bakery, salon, retail, service).
• Strong understanding of SMB workflows, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Ability to upload supporting documents such as marketing visuals, CRM workflows, budget plans, and market analyses.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI chatbots and prompt engineering concepts.
• Ability to evaluate textual and visual content critically.
