About the role

BairesDev is seeking an AI Technical Project Manager to lead automation initiatives that streamline enterprise workflows. The role is fully remote and connects strategic objectives with hands‑on technical execution, from prototyping to scaling AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI‑powered automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Prototype and scale solutions for automated planning, reporting, and content generation.
• Manage the full program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery milestones.
• Operationalize AI solutions into repeatable, scalable systems while handling cross‑functional dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and steer technical direction.
• Integrate AI tools and workflow orchestration platforms with existing systems such as JIRA.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Technical Program Management with a focus on AI automation.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives that streamline processes using AI and JIRA.
• Strong experimentation mindset and ability to prototype and scale AI solutions.
• Experience managing complex technical programs and operationalizing AI at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
