Analista Cuentas por Pagar

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for an Analista Cuentas por Pagar (Procure to Pay Process Delivery Specialist) to manage and optimise daily procurement transactions. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and accounting for services, supporting the organisation's financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement transactions, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and service accounting.
• Analyse complex procurement challenges and implement process improvements.
• Apply supply‑management expertise to vendor selection, purchase‑order creation, invoice reconciliation, and contract management.
• Support global payments, e‑commerce order processing, and credits management to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and best practices across accounts‑payable activities.

Required profile

• Experience with procurement operations and accounts‑payable processes.
• Familiarity with supply‑management concepts and financial processes such as global payments and e‑commerce.
• Ability to analyse problems, develop initiatives, and drive process efficiency.
