Android Application Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Android Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, delivering solutions for leading clients such as Google and innovative Silicon Valley startups.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin or Java.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate external data sources and RESTful APIs to create seamless mobile experiences.
• Write unit tests to ensure code robustness, handling edge cases and usability.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve overall user experience.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to increase development efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK across multiple OS versions.
• Proficiency with RESTful API integration.
• Advanced level of English communication.
