Architect / Drafter – Technical Drawing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Architect/Drafter to join our engineering and design support team. The role involves creating and updating technical drawings for architectural, structural and network projects while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update technical drawings, layouts, and construction plans.
• Develop architectural, structural, and network drafting documentation.
• Review project specifications and translate them into accurate drawings.
• Support revisions and modifications based on engineering or client feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and timelines.
• Assist with documentation and administrative drafting processes.

Required profile

• Technical, technological, or college studies related to drafting, architecture, or similar fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in drafting, technical drawing, or architecture support.
• English level B2 or higher (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability.

Required skills

• AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Revit or BIM tools (preferred but not required).
• Experience with architectural, structural, or network drawings.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and document management systems.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Adobe and general office software.

What we offer

• Salary range between 4.2 million and 4.5 million COP, depending on experience.
• Full‑time schedule Monday to Friday.
• Positions available in Medellín and Bogotá.
