B2B Appointment Setter & Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing outbound sales team focused on the US restaurant market. In this role you will engage restaurant owners, introduce our business solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and decision‑makers in the United States.
• Introduce company services confidently and build rapport.
• Qualify leads, identify business opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects as needed and meet daily/weekly outreach targets.

Required profile

• Previous outbound B2B sales or appointment‑setting experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and handling objections.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and on‑site in Barranquilla.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with outbound dialing software.
