Back-end Architect

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a seasoned Back‑end Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable backend solutions. The role focuses on leveraging Laravel and Microsoft Azure to build secure, high‑performance systems for the company’s clients across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect backend services that meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
• Lead technical decisions and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices within Laravel and Azure environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in backend development and architecture.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make independent technical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English at B2+ to C1 level.
