Bilingual Account Manager – Bucaramanga

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Account Manager to join our team in Bucaramanga. The successful candidate will manage existing client accounts, ensure retention, and uncover growth opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture a portfolio of client accounts.
• Identify and act on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Recover at‑risk accounts and improve client satisfaction.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to align strategies.
• Utilize digital tools to monitor account performance and report results.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in account maintenance, retention, or related sales functions.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive sales strategy.
• Strong self‑management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent active‑listening and communication skills.
• Call‑center experience is a plus.
