Bilingual/Trilingual Coach (Spanish, English, French)

About the role

Foundever is seeking a dynamic Coach who can fluently communicate in Spanish and English, and optionally French, to lead and develop contact‑center agents. The role focuses on driving performance, ensuring consistent achievement of key performance indicators, and maintaining clear communication with operations management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance to agents to consistently meet KPIs.
• Communicate client and campaign issues promptly to the operation manager.
• Coach, mentor, and develop individual agents and teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strategic thinking and results‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Required skills

• Interpersonal coaching and supervisory abilities.
• Knowledge of contact‑center operations, tools, processes, and systems.
