Brand Designer

About the role

Pax & Beneficia, a hospitality brand focused on thoughtful design, is looking for a Brand Designer to shape its visual language across print, packaging, signage, digital and more. You will translate brief directions into production‑ready assets and occasionally craft short‑form copy.

Key responsibilities

• Design a wide range of brand touchpoints including menus, posters, labels, signage, packaging, iconography and event collateral.
• Turn loose direction or a single product moment into finished, production‑ready creative.
• Write or adapt short‑form copy when required.
• Prepare clean hand‑off files that vendors can use without additional clarification.
• Work within the existing brand system while continuously strengthening it.

Required profile

• Strong sense of typography, layout and production judgment.
• Ability to distinguish between simple and under‑designed solutions.
• Curiosity about hospitality, coffee, food, product and physical retail.
• Comfortable operating inside a brand system and improving it.

• 90‑day trial period focused on delivering cleaner layouts, stronger campaign work and production‑ready files.
• Compensation ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 per month, based on experience and fit.
