About the role
Adobe is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its Customer Experience Orchestration team. Working in a hybrid model, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, initiating value‑driven conversations with technology and business decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline targets to support territory revenue goals.
- Build awareness within target accounts through email campaigns and drive attendance to webinars and live events.
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop opportunities for Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration products.
- Handle and overcome prospect objections confidently.
- Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and partners to develop trusted relationships.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Adobe solutions and competitive positioning.
Required profile
- Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proven track record of achieving measurable inside‑sales goals in a metrics‑driven environment.
- Experience managing lead and account data in a CRM system.
- Prior experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation.
- Strong phone presence with excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills.
- High motivation driven by individual and team success.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving sales organization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing events or trade shows.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with modern sales prospecting tools and techniques.
- Experience using a CRM platform for lead and account management.
