About the role

Adobe is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its Customer Experience Orchestration team. Working in a hybrid model, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, initiating value‑driven conversations with technology and business decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline targets to support territory revenue goals.
  • Build awareness within target accounts through email campaigns and drive attendance to webinars and live events.
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop opportunities for Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration products.
  • Handle and overcome prospect objections confidently.
  • Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and partners to develop trusted relationships.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Adobe solutions and competitive positioning.

Required profile

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable inside‑sales goals in a metrics‑driven environment.
  • Experience managing lead and account data in a CRM system.
  • Prior experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation.
  • Strong phone presence with excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills.
  • High motivation driven by individual and team success.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving sales organization.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing events or trade shows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with modern sales prospecting tools and techniques.
  • Experience using a CRM platform for lead and account management.
