Commercial Sales Advisor – Point of Sale (Commission Based)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Sales Advisor to work directly with customers at our point‑of‑sale locations. You will identify client needs, provide tailored product and financing advice, and drive sales performance through active engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers inside the point of sale.
• Assess client needs and create appropriate profiles.
• Advise customers on product options and financing alternatives.
• Process credit requests and validations using financing platforms.
• Achieve individual commercial indicators and sales targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller).
• At least 12 months of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or commercial advisory.
• Preferably experience with financial products, credit, fintech, retail, or telecommunications.

• Contract type: work contract (Obra o labor).
• Basic salary of COP 1,751,000 plus statutory benefits.
• Transport allowance of COP 249,095.
• Food allowance of COP 300,000.
• Communication allowance of COP 40,000.
• Performance‑based commissions aligned with individual goals.
• Average total earnings between COP 2,600,000 and COP 3,200,000 per month.
• Work schedule based on assigned shifts at the point of sale.
