About the role
We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Associates. The role focuses on achieving sales, customer service and operational targets in a fast‑paced cosmetics retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations.
- Coach, mentor and develop Sales Associates to meet sales and service goals.
- Drive achievement of sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Manage inventory, cash reconciliation and retail point‑of‑sale processes.
Required profile
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching teams.
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Legal right to live and work in the country.
Required skills
- Retail point‑of‑sale software proficiency.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Inventory management experience.
- Cash reconciliation experience.
