Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Manager to join IntouchCX’s global communications team. Reporting to the Director of Global Communications and working closely with LATAM markets, you will shape and strengthen the company’s corporate image and reputation across external audiences while also driving internal communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional and corporate communication strategies aligned with global priorities and business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end 360° external communication campaigns in LATAM, overseeing delivery, quality and impact.
• Manage media relations, public relations, earned media, brand positioning and industry visibility initiatives.
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Advise regional and department leaders on content strategy, channel planning, messaging and timing.
• Lead crisis and issue communications within the region, providing strategy and hands‑on support.
• Create and curate content for the corporate website, intranet, press releases and key messaging materials.
• Ensure messaging is culturally relevant, complies with regional regulations and aligns with the global brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or external communications, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional, cross‑cultural teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills for LATAM markets are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, international setting.
