Compensation Manager – Americas

About the role

The Manager, Compensation Americas will lead the design and delivery of compensation programs across the region, ensuring pay practices are competitive, equitable and aligned with business priorities. This role partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders to provide data‑driven guidance on compensation planning, job evaluation and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of compensation programs and processes across the Americas, including annual compensation planning, salary review cycles, incentive administration, and off‑cycle actions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance that supports talent attraction, retention and mobility.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing and benchmarking analyses to ensure appropriate positioning within global job architecture.
• Analyze compensation data, market trends and internal pay practices to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Support compensation activities related to organizational design, workforce planning, acquisitions, integrations and other transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies, governance requirements, regulatory standards and pay‑transparency initiatives across the region.
• Collaborate with Global Compensation, Total Rewards and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent application of compensation programs and practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compensation management within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret compensation data, market trends and internal pay practices.
• Knowledge of compensation policies, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and senior business leaders.
• Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning and integration initiatives.
