Corporate Marketing Project Manager Lead

About the role

Tipalti is seeking a seasoned Corporate Marketing Project Manager Lead to drive a variety of marketing initiatives across the organization. You will own projects from the initial brief through delivery and analysis, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, meeting quality, deadline, and budget targets.
• Oversee all project phases: intake, planning, creation, feedback, delivery, analysis, reporting, and archival.
• Develop comprehensive project briefs that define objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assign tasks, manage workflows, and ensure clear role understanding for all team members.
• Identify risks early, create contingency plans, and keep projects on track.
• Maintain quality standards, brand guidelines, and marketing requirements.
• Establish and enforce standardized project management practices such as SLAs, creative briefs, and SOPs.
• Prepare weekly status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage production budgets and coordinate social content productions.
• Facilitate briefings, kick‑offs, internal reviews, and cross‑functional planning sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing creative projects in a marketing environment, preferably in‑house for a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ability to build strategic briefs, drive process improvements, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Comfort working directly with senior marketing leadership.
