Customer Success Consultant – Fraud & ID Solutions

About the role

The Customer Success Consultant will support and optimise the experience of existing customers using TransUnion’s fraud and identity solutions. The role ensures that products are deployed correctly, efficiently and in line with the outcomes agreed at sale, by analysing customer journeys and recommending improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist active customers in understanding product usage and performance against expectations.
• Analyse operational flows, diagnose gaps and suggest configuration adjustments.
• Provide consultative recommendations to maximise the value of the fraud portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Fraud Consultants and Client Engagement Analysts to deliver comprehensive advisory support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields.
• 6‑8 years of experience in fraud prevention, validation models, risk or technical consulting.
• Experience supporting B2B customers with complex technology solutions.
• Functional knowledge of validation flows such as OTP, authentication and sequential validations.
• Ability to interpret data, KPIs and dashboards.
• Strong consultative communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
