Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Customer Success Manager to join our fast‑growing lead generation service for life‑insurance agents. The role is fully remote and focuses on onboarding new clients, ensuring they achieve results, and maintaining long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client onboarding process, including 60–90 minute onboarding calls and system setup.
• Guide clients through GoHighLevel configuration, covering CRM, workflows, and plug‑and‑play ad systems.
• Conduct weekly review calls to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and flag issues early.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing ongoing support.
• Monitor campaign and account metrics, troubleshoot flagged ad accounts, and coordinate escalations with technical teams.
• Review call quality, coach clients on converting appointments into policies, and ensure a consistent client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client‑facing role.
• Strong familiarity with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication, confident on calls, clear and direct.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact clients.
• Organised, process‑oriented and able to follow structured onboarding flows.
• Must have a working computer, high‑speed internet, and be fluent in English.

What we offer

• Base salary of $3,000 per month plus commissions and performance incentives.
