Cybersecurity & Compliance Consultant

About the role

Inchcape Digital is seeking a Cybersecurity & Compliance Consultant to strengthen governance, compliance and audit readiness across its Digital Experience Platform. You will work with global teams to identify risks, evaluate controls and ensure alignment with internal policies, GDPR and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal cybersecurity audits, IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments and NIST‑based compliance reviews.
• Identify control gaps, document findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Track remediation progress, validate evidence and collaborate with stakeholders for closure.
• Maintain audit workpapers, compliance documentation and risk records.
• Support the development of compliance plans, risk‑based assessment schedules and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Global Cybersecurity, platform owners and delivery teams on audit and compliance matters.
• Prepare reports on audit outcomes, remediation status and overall compliance posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, Systems Engineering, Audit, Risk Management or a related field.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, risk, audit and compliance principles.
• Experience with IT General Controls (ITGC) and familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Strong analytical, documentation and reporting capabilities.
