Data Governance Coordinator

About the role

The Data Governance Coordinator supports the Data Governance function for Inspire Brands, ensuring trusted data access and reporting across multiple brands. This full‑time, hybrid position directly influences business decisions by making data reliable, well‑documented, and accessible to the right users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage report and data subscriptions.
• Partner with the Security team to define role‑level access.
• Own row‑level access through the Ops Dashboard and maintain the visibility matrix for reports.
• Create and maintain employee groupings that drive row‑level security.
• Catalog data assets, agree on definitions and business rules, and certify trusted data sources.
• Monitor data quality and ensure access aligns with user roles and business relationships.

Required profile

• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with metadata management, data quality, and data governance processes.
• Fully fluent English communication skills.
