DevOps Engineer (Remote, AWS, Cloud Security)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time remote DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑growing SaaS company serving the U.S., UK and ANZ markets. You will work closely with the Head of DevOps to design, implement and optimise secure, scalable AWS cloud solutions while supporting ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain AWS infrastructure with a focus on security and reliability.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, monitoring and observability to improve efficiency.
• Develop and own processes for capacity planning, configuration management and incident response.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience working in high‑security, high‑compliance environments.
• Proactive problem‑solver with solid analytical abilities.
