Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to drive digital visibility, website traffic, lead generation and content performance across Hispanic America. The role blends execution of digital campaigns, performance analysis, event coordination and stakeholder management to support the growth of a global industrial brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across Hispanic America.
• Monitor, analyze and improve website traffic, campaign performance and digital marketing KPIs.
• Create and optimize impactful storytelling content for multiple channels and audiences.
• Transform marketing initiatives into measurable business results.
• Set up, maintain and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Implement, maintain and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders for website improvements focused on user experience and conversion optimization.
• Perform SEO updates and support landing page optimization initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, website traffic and lead generation performance.
• Coordinate internal and external events for customers, partners and employees across Hispanic America.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Contribute to strengthening Alfa Laval’s digital presence, brand visibility and market positioning across the region.
