Digital Production Designer (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Production Designer to support the rollout and adaptation of global campaigns across digital and retail channels. The role focuses on transforming existing campaign systems into high‑quality assets for e‑commerce, email marketing, social media, web banners, and retail environments. You will work in a fast‑paced, almost‑remote environment collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt campaign assets for ecommerce, email marketing, web banners, and social media.
• Produce high‑volume rollout assets for retail and partner marketing initiatives.
• Work within brand systems, guidelines, and templates.
• Prepare production‑ready files for multiple digital and print formats.
• Support asset resizing, localization, and versioning.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and execution quality.
• Maintain organized files, libraries, and scalable workflows.
• Occasionally support retail marketing toolkit production and artwork finalization for global retail environments.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Visual Design, Web/Digital Design, or Production Design.
• Strong attention to detail and production quality.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
• English proficiency at C1 level or fully bilingual.
• Experience working with global or U.S.-based teams is a strong plus.
• Fashion retail industry experience is highly valued.
