Early Career Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Mastercard’s Early Career Learning & Development Manager shapes the transition of new graduate hires – called Launchers – from campus to corporate life. The role designs a cohesive 18‑month development journey that builds skills, confidence, networks and business understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and continuously evolve a global 18‑month Launcher development journey, linking orientation, bootcamps, ongoing learning, check‑ins and manager touchpoints.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, calendars, budgets and governance for all Launcher experiences, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor emerging AI, automation and technology trends, translating insights into future‑ready development experiences.
• Align Launcher development strategy with broader talent priorities, workforce planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
• Define and track program effectiveness metrics, analyze data for trends and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management, early‑career development, learning & development or talent management.
• Track record designing or managing campus‑to‑corporate, graduate onboarding or large‑scale development programs.
• Strong analytical capability to synthesize data, feedback and external trends into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with ability to influence across global, matrixed organizations.
