End-to-End Recruiter (Hybrid) – Bogotá

About the role

We are seeking a proactive End-to-End Recruiter to join our Bogotá team. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, especially within the BPO sector, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment process from job intake to onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates for BPO, management, staff, and administrative roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, databases, and other channels.
• Maintain and optimize job board postings to ensure a strong pipeline.
• Manage candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth new‑hire transitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver timely solutions.
• Guarantee a professional and positive experience for all candidates.

Required profile

• Professional‑level English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Proven experience recruiting BPO positions and other corporate roles.
• Strong knowledge of job board management and sourcing tools.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms.
• Good understanding of onboarding processes and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
