About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of Client Relations and, indirectly, the Director of Business Development. The role requires anticipating needs, managing communications, and contributing to business development initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address priorities.
- Manage calendars, communications, and coordination of internal and client activities.
- Act as liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external clients.
- Conduct market research, prospect identification, and canvassing for business development.
- Prepare reports, track metrics, and maintain documentation in CRM systems.
- Support client engagement initiatives, including follow‑ups and deliverables.
- Identify risks, opportunities, or process improvements and escalate appropriately.
- Ensure strong follow‑through and high standards of quality in all tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel.
