Executive Recruiter – Senior Talent Acquisition (Remote)

About the role

Sezzle is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead senior‑level talent acquisition across its fast‑growing fintech organization. Based in Bogotá and working fully remotely, you will partner with leadership to source, assess and place C‑suite and board members for the Banking, FinTech and Technology sectors throughout Latin America and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle executive searches for C‑suite positions (CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CRO, CISO) and board appointments.
• Develop and execute customized search strategies using market intelligence and a robust professional network.
• Advise senior leaders on compensation benchmarking, succession planning and organizational design.
• Build and maintain pipelines of high‑caliber executive candidates in Banking, FinTech and Technology.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, leadership assessments and reference checks.
• Present detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring committees.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes and talent movements to inform search strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading executive searches for C‑suite and board roles, preferably in FinTech, Banking or Technology.
• Strong strategic partnership skills with senior leadership and board members.
• Excellent judgment, high emotional intelligence and ability to manage confidential information.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with passive candidates across Latin America and global markets.
