About the role

Certiprof is looking for a commercially driven manager to expand its strategic partnerships with universities, academies, corporate universities and training organisations across Mexico. The role focuses on business development, partnership growth and commercial relationship management within the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic alliances with universities, academies and training organisations.
• Prospect and generate new partnership opportunities in the education sector.
• Present Certiprof’s certification ecosystem and workforce development solutions to institutional stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and academic collaboration models.
• Manage partnership pipelines, onboarding processes and account‑growth initiatives.
• Maintain strong long‑term relationships with partner institutions.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, certification adoption and corporate training expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support partner success and execution.
• Represent Certiprof in meetings, events and strategic education initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, account management or commercial growth roles.
• Recent experience (within the last 3 years) with companies providing educational solutions, academic technology, certifications or training services.
• Experience selling products or services to universities, academies, continuing‑education departments or corporate learning environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts, partnerships or revenue pipelines.
