About the role
We are looking for a Global Full‑Cycle Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring across technical and non‑technical functions. Working 100 % remotely with flexible hours and core overlap with Eastern Time, you will help scale talent acquisition for a fast‑growing company protecting thousands of retail locations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting funnel for engineering, data, product, IT, G&A, operations, sales, marketing and customer success roles.
- Source, screen, interview, debrief, extend offers and close candidates across multiple regions and time zones.
- Build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities and advanced Boolean/X‑ray techniques.
- Design and maintain structured interview kits, scorecards, rubrics and ATS hygiene.
- Set and track SLAs, funnel metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
- Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and provide weekly pipeline updates.
Required profile
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a candidate‑first mindset.
- Proven ability to recruit internationally and manage multiple time zones.
- High ownership, urgency and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience creating or refining scalable recruiting workflows.
Required skills
- Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse or similar).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean/X‑ray search.
- Data‑driven approach to recruiting metrics and SLA management.
