Global Logistics Manager (Remote LATAM)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing consumer products company, is looking for a Global Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Latin America and reports to the VP of Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international freight, including ocean shipments from overseas manufacturers to U.S. ports and direct shipments to international customers.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and suppliers to ensure smooth import processes and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee domestic and Canadian 3PL partners, handling inventory management, order fulfillment and service‑level performance.
• Monitor inventory across multiple warehouses and work with demand‑planning teams to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyze shipping costs, transit times and operational performance to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with demand planning, sales, marketing, operations and customer experience teams.
• Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages and inventory discrepancies.
• Track and report KPIs including on‑time delivery, order accuracy, inventory performance and shipping costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of logistics, supply‑chain or operations experience, preferably in e‑commerce, consumer goods or retail.
• Proven experience managing international shipments and working with freight forwarders, customs brokers and import/export processes.
