GoHighLevel Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive GoHighLevel Systems Administrator to provide primary administrative and technical support for a business owner and coaching team. Working remotely, you will bridge manual workflows and automated systems to keep daily operations running smoothly across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot the GoHighLevel platform, including program updates, tag management, funnel duplication, and backend issue resolution.
• Log incoming lab results into spreadsheets promptly and alert coaches when labs need ordering or review.
• Edit and publish podcast episodes, performing basic audio trimming and uploading to distribution platforms.
• Maintain client records, task lists, and project statuses in ClickUp to ensure effective team coordination.
• Create and update basic marketing assets in Canva using existing brand templates.
• Monitor client communications and tech‑support inquiries, providing timely resolutions and escalating when necessary.
• Follow SOPs and Loom walkthroughs, identifying opportunities to automate manual workflows.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel, including automations, tags, landing pages, and program delivery.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project‑management tools.
• Basic proficiency in Canva for template‑based design work.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage time‑sensitive deliverables.
• Strong resourcefulness and independent problem‑solving using SOPs and documentation.
