About the role
As a Hotel Reservations Agent you will create meaningful moments for guests by delivering exceptional service through phone and chat channels. You will manage bookings, answer inquiries, and ensure each reservation is accurately recorded in the system.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and chat messages, providing hotel information and support.
- Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations and process rate overrides or TLA bookings.
- Maintain guest preferences, special requests, and coordinate with front‑desk staff.
- Check availability, suggest alternative dates or options, and follow up on callback requests.
- Accurately input data across multiple reservation systems using several computer monitors.
Required profile
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work varied shifts.
- Clear communication skills and a polite, enthusiastic demeanor.
- Adherence to company policies and teamwork standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel reservation software.
- Strong computer skills, including navigation of multiple applications simultaneously.
- Experience using multiple computer monitors for data entry.
