About the role

The Houseman is responsible for efficiently preparing and assembling event halls at the hotel according to client specifications, ensuring that the promised service is delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

Set up and dismantle event spaces, arranging furniture, equipment and décor as requested.
Ensure all installations are completed within the agreed timeframe.
Handle furniture and loads safely, following hotel safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the event areas before, during, and after use.

Required profile

High school diploma (Bachiller académico).
Minimum 6 months experience in operational, logistics, event setup or hospitality roles.
Physical ability to move furniture and equipment safely.
Team‑oriented with a strong service focus.
Availability for rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
