I2C DPS Director

About the role

The I2C DPS Director will lead the global Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) function for Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for shaping strategy, building a new worldwide team, and driving process standardisation across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy for I2C activities across Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America.
• Establish and lead a new global I2C team, fostering a positive culture and high performance.
• Drive simplification and standardisation of I2C processes, ensuring alignment with regional Service Delivery Leads and global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to continuously evolve and improve I2C workflows.
• Support the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business, coordinating with DePuy Synthes on transition and employment matters.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance leadership, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale, cross‑regional finance operations.
• Strong change‑management capabilities, especially in corporate separations or restructurings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
