Information Security Operations Analyst – Level 3

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Information Security Operations Analyst to support its Identity Access Management (IAM) program. The analyst will help automate access processes, answer business questions using access data, and ensure secure provisioning across enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage identity access queries and provide consulting services to internal business and application teams.
• Support enhancements and daily operations of the IAM system.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline access management.
• Process work orders within SLA and support annual certification and governance reviews.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to understand business needs and improve IAM governance.
• Research and apply new methodologies to strengthen security in the IAM space.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong communication skills, able to interact at all organizational levels.
• Interest in information security and data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of information security concepts.
• Intermediate experience with strategic risk‑taking and thoughtful decision‑making.
