About the role
Align Technology is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell dental and orthodontic equipment in Colombia. The role focuses on identifying and prioritising target accounts within the assigned territory, driving growth and ensuring a positive customer experience through remote communication. You will support clinicians to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Close new accounts through outbound calls and email outreach from Align’s corporate office in Colombia.
- Research and identify potential accounts, solicit new business, build rapport and provide clinical information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Execute Align’s sales strategy, assess practice needs, identify gaps and propose solutions to increase sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, staff and assistants based on integrity and trust.
- Evaluate account capabilities, recommend training, technical resources and support to ensure proper use of Align solutions.
- Collaborate with internal resources to optimise the customer experience and promote Align products.
- Meet assigned sales quota, business objectives and deadlines.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn or existing knowledge of orthodontic and clinical concepts.
- Comfortable conducting business via phone and email.
- Proven record of successful sales achievements and competitive sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking, problem‑solving and ability to discuss ROI, margins and marketing with customers.
