Internal Communications Intern

About the role

Join the Wacam team, Mondelēz International’s Latin America hub, as an Internal Communications Intern. You will support the planning, execution, and measurement of internal communication initiatives across 13 countries, helping to keep employees informed and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the internal communications calendar for the entire Wacam region.
• Oversee internal channels, publish content, and respond to communication requests.
• Adjust and refine communication pieces and content as needed.
• Develop and launch internal communication campaigns.
• Update performance indicators and reporting dashboards.
• Assist with content management for the Mondelovers brand‑ambassador program.

Required profile

• Studies in Social Communication, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for design.
