International Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are an experiential marketing agency operating across more than 20 markets in LATAM, the Caribbean, Central America, and North America. The International Logistics Coordinator will formalize and expand our logistics function, ensuring seamless shipment of materials, events, and activations for top‑tier global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end international shipments and coordinate with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local carriers.
• Prepare and oversee complete customs documentation and broker onboarding.
• Map and validate logistics routes, develop budgeting, cost visibility, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production and Procurement teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Deep knowledge of customs, international trade, and logistics risk assessment.
• 5+ years of experience in international logistics, proven ability to work under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation habits.
