International Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are an experiential marketing agency operating across more than 20 markets in LATAM, the Caribbean, Central America, and North America. The International Logistics Coordinator will own end‑to‑end shipment management and build the logistics infrastructure needed for the agency to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international shipments from origin to destination, coordinating with DHL, FedEx, UPS and local carriers.
• Prepare and oversee complete customs documentation and ensure compliance.
• Map and validate logistics routes, source and onboard customs brokers.
• Develop logistics budgets, provide cost visibility and report KPI performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production and Procurement teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Deep knowledge of customs regulations and international trade.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure with strong risk‑assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Obsessive attention to detail, traceability and documentation.

Required skills

• 5+ years in international logistics.
• Hands‑on experience with DHL Express, FedEx and UPS.
• Rate negotiation and vendor sourcing/onboarding.
• Advanced Excel, Slack, Google Drive and project‑management tools.
• Customs documentation preparation.
