Junior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager to join Omnicom Global Solutions Colombia in Bogotá. The role sits at the crossroads of people, process and code, supporting software development teams and ensuring projects stay on track. Fluency in English and hands‑on experience in a development environment are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor software projects to keep them on schedule.
• Identify and remove blockers for engineering teams before they become issues.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements in both directions.
• Participate in sprint reviews and contribute ideas for continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Near‑native proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Real‑world exposure to software development environments.
• Basic understanding of Python – you don’t need to code daily, but you must speak the language.
• Strong organisational abilities and a “get things done” mindset.
• High adaptability and genuine curiosity about product building.
