Manager, Customer Onboarding

About the role

Owner is seeking a strategic and people‑focused Launch/Onboarding Manager to lead a team of Customer Onboarding Specialists. You will be responsible for ensuring new restaurant clients experience a smooth transition onto Owner’s AI‑native platform, driving early retention and reducing churn.

Key responsibilities

• Build, coach, and mentor a high‑performing onboarding team.
• Design, refine, and execute onboarding processes that maximize early client success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support to deliver a consistent experience.
• Analyze onboarding data to identify improvement opportunities and implement data‑driven strategies.
• Advocate for product and process enhancements based on client feedback.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a customer‑facing or onboarding environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for process improvement and customer success.
