Media Design & UI‑UX Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

GP Strategies is looking for a Media Design & UI‑UX Specialist to enrich its global Leadership and Inclusion learning programs. You will translate complex leadership concepts into engaging visual experiences that boost learner engagement across digital, video, eLearning, and print formats. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Colombia while collaborating with instructional designers and facilitators.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user‑friendly web and digital interfaces that follow adult‑learning and usability best practices.
• Create responsive layouts using HTML and CSS for desktop and mobile learning environments.
• Produce and edit instructional and promotional videos, adding motion graphics, captions, and visual effects.
• Develop interactive eLearning modules with Articulate Storyline and Rise, aligning with instructional design strategies.
• Design print‑ready learner guides, facilitator materials, job aids, and workshop collateral with strong typography and visual hierarchy.
• Ensure all assets meet accessibility, usability, and brand standards across platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media design, UI/UX, eLearning, or corporate training design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, video, eLearning, and print design work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a corporate environment.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
