Mid Integrated Designer

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Mid Integrated Designer to create and adapt visual content for global B2B activation campaigns. Working remotely from Bogota, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency across a wide range of digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop designs from concept to final delivery, adapting assets for web, social, point‑of‑sale, print and digital marketing.
• Apply existing brand guidelines and templates while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting agreed timelines and client expectations.
• Present design work internally and to clients, incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices for e‑commerce, social media, POS, print and mobile‑first experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an advertising agency or design studio, preferably with B2B projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital banners, emails, landing pages, in‑store graphics, event materials, icons, infographics, brochures and campaign work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative under direction.
• Excellent command of English; ability to communicate in a global, remote environment.
