Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

Endava is looking for an Onsite Support Engineer to join its infrastructure team. You will provide hands‑on technical assistance, maintain hardware and software assets, and ensure smooth operation of the company’s IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist group IT support teams in maintaining Endava’s IT infrastructure.
• Deliver onsite and remote desktop support for employees using Endava assets and systems.
• Manage IT hardware assets and keep internal documentation up to date.
• Provide technical expertise to non‑technical staff and respond quickly to high‑priority incidents.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for critical issues outside business hours.
• Maintain Access Control and CCTV systems.
• Support conferencing equipment, collaboration rooms, and printing services.

Required profile

• Experience with Windows 10 and macOS installation, operation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in imaging and deploying Windows devices using SCCM and Intune.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Experience with video‑conferencing systems, printing support, patch management and asset management.
• Hands‑on experience maintaining data‑center equipment.
• ITIL awareness and experience using ITSM tools.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
