Operations & Assets Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Operations & Assets Coordinator to support our corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of corporate operations and a passion for streamlining processes across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with corporate tasks across functional departments and generate performance reports.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operations policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
• Keep finance and operational statistics up to date, ensuring alignment with management plans.
• Evaluate new operations tools and technologies, providing recommendations for adoption.
• Support budget development, forecasting, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate operations, vendors, and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Zoho (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
