Operations Manager – Package Squad

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead all Package Squad‑related activities. The role ensures daily workflows run smoothly, incidents are resolved quickly, and processes remain consistent across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Package Squad operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Track operational reports, incidents, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve package, delivery, vendor, customer, or process issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements.
• Ensure SOPs, checklists, and internal procedures are followed.
• Escalate critical issues and follow through to resolution.
• Keep leadership informed of risks, incidents, and operational updates.
• Document processes, changes, and recurring issues.
• Support the creation and refinement of SOPs and operational controls.
• Provide occasional support for urgent escalations outside regular business hours.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, logistics, customer operations, fulfillment, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Good judgment on when and how to escalate issues.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with CRMs.
• Experience using dashboards or internal systems.
