Outbound Sales Representative & Closer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative & Closer to join our international sales team focused on the US restaurant market. You will prospect, build relationships, and drive sales conversations with restaurant owners and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold outreach to restaurant owners and decision‑makers.
• Engage prospects professionally, identify business needs and sales opportunities.
• Lead discovery and sales conversations, handle objections and move deals forward.
• Maintain organized prospect and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to meet outreach and performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong English communication skills, confident speaking with business owners and executives.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and meeting performance metrics.
• Ability to work fully on‑site in Barranquilla.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or outbound sales platforms.
