About the role

Kiva is seeking a part‑time Office Manager to ensure its Bogotá office runs smoothly. The role supports a global nonprofit mission by creating a highly functional work environment for employees and volunteers.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the Colombia subsidiary.
  • Create, implement, and maintain office systems, procedures, and events.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Investments (LAC) and receive guidance from the People & Culture team and Finance Associate.
  • Maintain a seamless day‑to‑day office experience for staff and volunteers.

Required profile

  • Authorization to work in Colombia on a permanent basis.
  • Availability for a 20‑hour weekly schedule, flexible but aligned with the Director of Investments.
  • Strong ownership and curiosity aligned with Kiva’s values.
