Part‑time Help Desk Agent – Bogota or Rionegro

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Help Desk Agent to provide first‑line technical support to end users in Bogota or Rionegro, Antioquia. You will guide users through troubleshooting steps, resolve routine hardware, software and connectivity issues, and ensure tickets are closed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users with first‑line support, restoring functionality through step‑by‑step guidance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity problems using remote access tools.
• Escalate complex incidents to second‑ and third‑level support teams.
• Process service requests such as software installations and user‑account administration.
• Maintain accurate ticket records, keep users informed of status, and contribute to the Service Desk knowledge base.
• Support special projects as assigned and adhere to SLAs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Less than one year of experience in a similar support role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
