Producer

About the role

The Producer will coordinate, optimize, and lead end‑to‑end digital content production for omnichannel campaigns, social ads, interactive experiences and emerging formats. You will ensure agile operations, creative efficiency and timely delivery of high‑impact digital products that meet the agency’s creative, technical and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project strategic objectives and translate vision into detailed requirements.
• Oversee projects from offline concept to online delivery, ensuring quality control.
• Collaborate with Craft Leads and internal teams to design solutions and allocate resources.
• Develop support materials for production teams and client meetings.
• Manage delivery of final assets to trafficking partners and ensure best‑practice processes.
• Identify and remove obstacles that threaten project viability.
• Provide timely updates to managers, clients and team members.
• Track Digital Studio resource availability and skill sets.
• Lead weekly status meetings and participate in daily cross‑team check‑ins.
• Handle bidding, scheduling and billing of projects.
• Assist with production support, research, organization and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Computer‑related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting digital projects and front‑end technologies.
• Strong understanding of digital production workflows and agency environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) tools.
